Computer generated easy to read inspection reports are e-mailed within 24 hours to the client. Digital photo included in the report.
Payment is required the TIME OF INSPECTION to Patch Independent Home Inspections. We accept cash, MasterCard or Visa or check. Liability contracts, mold notification forms, mold sampling agreements, or any other professional contracts must be signed and dated, IN FULL, on or before the day of appointment. If our inspectors are not able to do a complete inspection, it will be noted in the report. If an appointment cannot be met and has not been cancelled within an appropriate time, a $100.00 charge will be assessed to the client.
Please be sure to include the Thermal Imaging with an Infrared Camera on your home inspection @ $99. This service seperately is a $169 per hour charge.
